Host of Amateur Golf Talk LIVE, Shan Coughlin welcomes Tour Professional Roberto Diaz to the show to talk about his experience on the Tour, what led him to the United States from Mexico, his involvement with the Greg Norman Champions Academy and his plans for the future.  Born in Veracruz Mexico, Roberto attended LaSalle de Veracruz-Heritage Academy and came to the United States to attend the University of South Carolina in Aiken.

In 2014, Diaz played in 15 Tour events, posting one top-10 and four top-25s. He made eight cuts and finished 78th on the money list.  His top-10 came in May at the Rex Hospital Open in North Carolina.  Diaz shared with Shan that he loves to play in South America and his favorite courses are the El Jaguar GC and Riviera Maya Golf Resort.  So far this year, Diaz has played in eight events, earned $49,120 and is 42nd on the money list with a scoring average of 70.63.  His best finish came in February at the Colombia Championship Presented by Claro where he tied for 6th after posting a course record 62 the first day.
