Family Golf Week

History

After 17 years of tradition, the Myrtle Beach Father and Son Team Classic spawned interest to create team events for the entire family. Three years ago, the Mother Daughter and Father Daughter Team Classic events were created. For 2018 the latter 2 will be combined to create the Parent Child Team Classic.

Schedule

The 21st Annual National Father & Son Team Classic and inaugural Parent Child Team Classic will be played July 18 – 21, 2018. The 54-hole, 14 flight tournament is expected to draw over 600 players from across the United States and at least 3 foreign countries.  The event includes three rounds of golf to be played on a selection of Myrtle Beach’s finest courses.

Participating Courses

For 2018 the participating course list includes Arcadian Shores, the Fazio Course at Barefoot Resort, Crow Creek, Legends Resort, Rivers Edge, the Myrtle Beach TPC, and Wachesaw Plantation East.

Value

Players receive and incredible return for the $995 per team entry. In addition to 3 rounds of golf, each player will receive $150 Family Golf Week Gift Card, Logo’d Commemorative Shirt, Logo’d Commemorative Hat, One Dozen Srixon Golf Balls, Logo’d Commemorative Bag Tag, and either Men’s 2UNDR underwear or Ladies Nexbelt. Those who entered by February 28th received an additional $50 gift card. There are also functions that include free food and beverages as well as chances win from random drawings and contest prizes.

Accommodations
