CrowCreekPic1Jimmy Biggs, Head Golf Professional of Crow Creek is once again rocking the Nike Volt attire, as he joins host of Tee It Up Grand Strand Shan Coughlin for this edition of Play Crow Creek April 2015 Update.  They start, once again, “off the cart path”, talking about interesting items we all keep in our golf bags.  Jimmy has a coin his late Grandfather gave him in his bag.  He doesn’t use it as a mark or anything, it’s just in there for luck.  Shan said she keeps a bit of cash for beverages but nothing too weird and our producer Jeff Gilder said he didn’t keep anything he could mention on the air.  We’ll have to peek next time we play golf with Jeff!

Spring golf season is in full swing and the A-1 bent greens at Crow Creek are rolling fast and true, the rye grass is full like hitting off carpet and the sand is still good.  For more information on their sand bunker replacement saga, check out their last million shows as we have cataloged the process from selection to construction.  It just isn’t a golf show about Crow Creek without mentioning their bunkers.  Believe it or not, there are a few tee times left but we highly encourage making those tee times early.  They are booking up early.

crow creek 1Fall is starting to book in as well.  Crow Creek is part of the East Coast Golf Management PGA (Play Golf Again) 4 or PGA 5 golf package.  When you pick 4 or 5 of the courses in their group to play, each golfer receives a $100 gift card good at any of the courses.  If you play 5, each player receives a $150 gift certificate.  These can be used for golf replays, food, beverages, merchandise or hard goods so it truly is a great deal.

You also do not want to wait to buy your Crow Creek apparel as all of his orders from the PGA Merchandise show have come in and been sold!  A shout out to Mr. Brooks and Virginia from Nike and Mike Binder from Ahead for helping put such great things in the shop that they didn’t last.  Jimmy shares that he is not used to having an empty shop so he is excited to see his reorders come in.

Last but not least, we must talk about the restaurant.  They are attracting a great breakfast crowd and they are doing a huge brunch business so definitely plan to get there in time to enjoy all that they have to offer.  You can see the entire menu on their new website at crowcreekgolf.com.  This is also the best place to get the best price for golf and book your round.  Thank you for your interest in Crow Creek Golf Club and for interacting with TheGolfDirector.com.
