Obviously if you are a member of this Forum you are most likely still an avid golfer. This question goes out to your friends and family. If you either stopped playing golf or have never played golf may we ask why?  It's very valuable feedback to our industry. We can't just build a course and expect you to come any longer. What can we do to get you in the game?

Great topic! I'm guilty. My reason may differ from most, but you asked so her's my story. I used to play once a week when I lived in Tennessee. When I moved here to the land of many golf courses 11 years ago I had plans to play much more...year round.  My son landed a job as a golf director at one of the resorts and we played 60 or so courses in the next year or so...awesome!!! Heavenly actually. I continued to play fairly often for the next few years.

At some point  the locals discounts seemed to erode, the economy began to suck, and I had to work harder and longer hours to make less money, and now I'm hardly playing at all. Still think about it...dream about it....look forward to a time when I can return to playing on a regular basis.

I need to play! Gotta make the time.

Future of golf is to much bright due to its attraction and popularity. Golf is the third number in its popularity and more in it with a pace of speed.

New rules and regulation also help to increase in it, by this newbie person can play and take participation in local tournaments. Youngster attract and spend their time in playing golf.
